Shipping

Where do we ship?

Currently, we only ship to the United Kingdom.

 

How much does shipping cost? 

We offer free shipping on all orders.

 

How long will delivery take?

We dispatch all orders within 1 business day. 

Delivery time is 3-5 business days from when the order is dispatched.

 

Returns

If you, for any reason, are not happy with your purchase you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving the order. Items must be unused, and in all original packaging, and must be sent back at your expense. Shipping fees are non refundable. 

 

Making a return:

1. Fill out the returns form. 
2. Ship your return parcel (at your cost) to: 60 Hodge House, 90 Granville Road, NW6 5HF, London, United Kingdom. We recommend using a tracked parcel service. 
3. Once received, we'll process your refund. This usually takes 2 weeks.

 

Exchanges

At the moment we are unable to offer exchanges, please return the unwanted item and place a new order.
